སོན་རྩ་ Söntsa is series of Tibetan storybooks published by the ཤེས་རིག་ལས་ཁུངས་ Department of Education of the བོད་མིའི་སྒྲིག་བཙུགས་ Central Tibetan Administration. They are designed for children learning to read Tibetan, but they’re useful for second language learners and heritage language learners too.
The Söntsa books are split into four levels of difficulty (1-4), with each level having books on five different topics (animals, festivals, food, games, and relations). Each book comes in both uchän and u-me script.
This page contains the level 3 storybooks. You may want to try reading the books on your own first and try to figure out what they’re saying. If you get stuck, you can make use of the analyses and English translations that I’ve created below.

Tsering said, “Father and Mother have both gone outside.” They had come to see Father and Mother. Aunt Chimei and her spouse sat down. Yangchen went to boil tea, and Tsering prepared a snack. He was going to make a meal of potatoes.

She said, “You could make a teppä out of this.” Losang agreed with that. Kunsang brought the rubber tube and sat down. She made lines on the rubber tube. Losang went to get scissors and thread. Losang came back carrying some scissors. Kunsang showed him the lines that she had made. Losang cut the rubber tube very finely.
