Meaning

The term རྒྱན་སྡུད་ <rgyan sdud> is a dvandva compound, i.e. it refers to two separate things: ཚིག་རྒྱན་ <tshig rgyan> and སྡུད་པ་ <sdud pa>. These are the formal names for the two main functions of this particle in traditional Tibetan grammar.

The རྒྱན་སྡུད་ <rgyan sdud> has the following meanings:
